Encore Construction partnered with Apple Tree Learning Center to refresh 8 locations on a 5 month timeline. Appletree Learning Center Waterfront Station was completed in 7 weeks and included interior build-out for a new learning center which included multiple kiddie restrooms, new electric, new HVAC, café, classrooms, and office space. Planning the new plumbing additions was a challenge on this project, but was nothing that the Encore Construction team couldn’t handle. -
